I’m Melinda Kemplin, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience supporting children with autism, their families, and clinical teams. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in direct clinical care, supervision, parent coaching, and clinical leadership. These experiences have shaped my belief that high-quality ABA should feel personal, collaborative, and responsive to the needs of each individual family.

In addition to being a BCBA, I’m also a mom of three, which has shaped the way I think about supporting families. I know that therapy has to fit into real life, not the other way around. Families are balancing school, siblings, work, appointments, routines, and everything in between. That perspective is part of why I created Bee & Bloom: to provide thoughtful, individualized ABA services that feel collaborative, practical, and genuinely supportive of the whole family.
