We believe consistency benefits both children and therapists. Rather than constantly rotating staff between clients, our goal is to build stable treatment teams whenever possible. This gives therapists time to truly understand the child they are supporting, build rapport, collaborate with caregivers, and see the progress that comes from their work over time.
